Bassinets?

So I found out today that there is no penalty the leave our lease early... we are actually responsible for paying our rent until our lease is up no matter what. Apparently, this is the case even if we fnd a place in the same complex which totally blows. This means that we need to try and make room for baby here and prepare for it to sleep in our room. We were thinking of not setting up our crib and just having the baby sleep in a bassinet beside the bed. We went to Babies R' Us to get an idea of what there is and this is what we saw:

Graco Travel Lite Crib - Barcelona Bluegrass - Graco - Babies"R"Us
This style is like a minature play pen with a bassinet on top

Jolly Jumper Moses Basket - Pebbles - Jolly Jumper - Babies"R"Us
Traditional bassinet which lays on a stand

Average size play pen with a small bassinet and changer on top of a full size bassinet.

Now, my question is, does anyone know which one would be most appropriate?
The first one was in the "bassinet" section of the store but did not seem practical to us since the playpen is sooooo tiny.
The second one is ok but it would be nice if we could utilize it in more than one way.
The third one seems most practical but my question is, are the bassinets appropriate for the baby to sleep in throughout the night? Check out the link to this product and let me know what you think... http://www.toysrus.ca/product/index.jsp?productId=3868109

  1. I have the bottom one and we love it. Makes diaper changes at night super easy. Plus the bassinet part of it is a little bit inclined and that has helped with reflux.

Ours also has a light, vibrator, and music too.
