Began as a journey through my unexpected pregnancy and now that our little guy is here, we are documenting his days :)

...but I don't think I'm crazy. As I was sitting on the couch I got startled. Pretty sure baby, jumped! Apparently it's rare but not unheard of to feel this early. Guess I will be able to confirm the feeling in a few weeks!
So I went to see Dr. Som today and we talked about how I've been feeling. I told her the fatigue is really being to me and that I usually need an evening nap to get through the night. She suggested I up my B12 intake, to help with this. I could do shots of B12 or take oral supplements. I decided to try the supplements for obvious reasons lol. Hopefully it helps! I've also been craving bread and chocolate and the thought of chicken or vegetables make me nauseous. Therefore, continuing to eat healthy has been challenging lately. Tonight for dinner I ate 3 hardboiled eggs and bruschetta on whole wheat bread. We have our first appointment at the hospital next Wednesday which has made me super excited but REALLY nervous. I just hope everything will be fine!
Starting to make gender specific hats, lol. Have a few friends who are prego as well, hopefully one of us is having a girl lol
I can't wait to make you a daddy. You are going to be the best dad for our little one. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I am so excited to start our family :-) I love you,
Kristina xoxo
Not to much going on here, besides growing a baby in my uterus lol. Still feeling tired still, sore tts, nausea, the whole bit, but I don't mind too much, I like "feeling pregnant", lol.
Looking forward to some upcoming appointments. Next Tuesday, I have a naturopath appointment with Dr. Som. On March 21st I have my first appointment at the hospital. Apparently it's like 3 hours long and they do everything. It's at 8:00am (yay) but that's ok because at least Joe can come with me. The appointment after is on April 2nd (my dad's birthday). I believe that one will be my next ultrasound. They felt so far away a little while ago, now I can feel like I have something to look forward to :-) besides March Break of course where I will be spending a majority of next week sleeping, lol.
Night errbody!
Today, Joe and I visited my nonna. After advice from my mom we decided to tell her that she was going to be a great-grandmother. At first she didn't seem too thrilled, the first thing she said was "Now you got to marry!" Lol. (I warned Joe she would mention that, lol). On the way home, we stopped by KW Surplus and I bought this book for $3.99. Going to start filling it out soon. Still really tired these days. As I write this it is 6:45pm and I am lying down in our bed trying to rest away the nausea. Told Joe to come wake me if I'm not our by 8:00pm. ' Til next time!

Went to the walk in clinic again today because I'm pretty sure I have an infection, something that is quite common when prego due to excess estrogen. Waited 2 hours in the waiting room, doc took a swab and said results should be in by tuesday. In the meantime, guess I'm just dealing with it! May have to hit the pharmacy tomorrow. On another note, I am feeling okay these days. Fatigue is my biggest enemy and the nausea I get before dinner is something wicked. Had my beef patties today and they were better than I ever imagined, lol. Baby LOVES beef patties, lol. Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow and then going some shopping with Joe ;-)
' Til next time!
